Ahnsahnghong- Salvation given to the people of Zion

Salvation given to the people of Zion

God helps the people of Zion and saves them. The Bible teaches that those who dwell in Zion are God's true people. God has promised to dwell in Zion and to become the God of the people of Zion.

Ps 51:16 『"I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my hand-I who set the heavens in place, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who say to Zion, ‘You are my people.' "』

Isa 33:20-24 『Look upon Zion, the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem, a peaceful abode, a tent that will not be moved; its stakes will never be pulled up, nor any of its ropes broken. There the LORD will be our Mighty One. It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams. No galley with oars will ride them, no mighty ship will sail them. For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is he who will save us. . . . and the sins of those who dwell there will be forgiven.』

Zion is the place where God's appointed feasts are celebrated. It is only the Church of God that keeps the feasts of the new covenant on this earth. So, this place where we've come to now is the very Zion.

Since God is the King and Savior of Zion, we must entrust God with our salvation. Even though all kinds of disasters are now rampant throughout the world, God will save us because He is our King.

Jer 31:31-34 『"The time is coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. . . . This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."』

God has become the God of the people who have His law, the new covenant, in their hearts and keep it. God, the Maker of heaven and earth, who saves His people from disasters even when a thousand or ten thousand fall at their side, is the God who dwells in Zion-the God of the people who keep the new covenant.

Only the people who engrave God's law in their hearts and keep it and who trust in God and revere Him will be saved from all disasters in these last days. God guards and protects the people of Zion until the end. It is God who protected the Israelites so that not one of them would lose a single hair from their heads when the plagues came upon all the land of Egypt. It is also God who declared His law in Zion and commanded His people not to forget the Passover of the new covenant but to keep it for the generations to come.

Now God shows human beings many signs through which He tells them to return to Zion without hesitation. We, who look at the lamp of prophecy, should always trust in God's deliverance and follow only the teachings of Elohim to the end, giving thanks, glory and praise to God all the time.

God gives eternal salvation

Some people say that there are cases where people are saved from disaster even though they do not believe in God correctly. However, that is not true salvation.

At the time of the 9.11 terrorist attacks in the USA, there was a person who barely survived, but some time later he was killed in another accident. He was lucky to escape one disaster, but soon encountered another disaster. So, we cannot say that it is true salvation.

The TV movie "The Day After" was once telecast in the US and evoked a great sensation from among people. The movie shows that the situation after a nuclear explosion is as serious as the moment of explosion. Even if people survive, there is no place to receive treatment for their injuries and no place to find food because the earth is completely devastated by the radioactive dust. The movie highlights the fact that the suffering of the nuclear survivors is more severe than that of the dead. Although they've barely escaped a temporary crisis, a more severe suffering is waiting for them, so it cannot be said that they are truly saved.

The salvation God has prepared for us is eternal salvation. God not only saves us from temporary crises and disasters on this earth, but even grants us the eternal glory in a new heaven and a new earth.

2 Pe 3:10-15 『But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness. So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, . . .』

As God has promised to save us from the deadly pestilence and all other disasters, we are now looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth. God has prepared a new world where there is no more death or mourning or crying or pain, and is leading us there.

Rev 21:1-7 『Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" . . .』

Apostle John also saw in his vision a new heaven and a new earth. In the new world, God says, "I will be their God, and they will be my people," and promises to let His people reign for ever and ever. This is the true salvation.

Rev 22:3-5 『No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.』

Elohim our Creators have granted us, people of Zion, a new heaven and a new earth, and have prepared a glorious future for us, where we will reign for ever and ever. Now the news about many disasters is frightening the world, but even amid the gloomy news, we should foresee a bright future in the kingdom of heaven, keeping in mind God's promise to let no disaster come near us-the people who live in the truth of the new covenant.

God Will Save Us- Ahnsahnghong - Church of God

God Will Save Us
Now we live in a prophetic age when God's care and protection are needed much more than ever before.

In regard to Influenza A/H1N1, the South Korean Government raised its flu alert status to the highest "red" level in early November, and is struggling to develop countermeasures against the flu. A few months ago, the WHO and many countries in the world already declared the H1N1 flu to be a global "pandemic," raising its alert level to 6, the highest phase. The US even declared a national emergency for the flu pandemic.

At a time when disasters are rampant, God's people need God's saving hand more than anything else. So, now let's take some time to review the teachings about God's salvation through the Bible.

No disaster will come near those whose help is God

God is our Shepherd and our Savior. He is the only One we can trust.

Ps 91:1-11 『He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. . . . A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most High your dwelling-even the LORD, who is my refuge-then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.』

These are the words of comfort that God has given to those who live in His promise. The Bible tells us that God saves us, His children, even from the deadly pestilence (an infectious disease) and sends His angels to guide and protect us in all our ways, so no disaster will come near us although a thousand or ten thousand may fall at our side.

When disasters become more severe and things beyond human capacity happen unexpectedly, who can we trust? Please think carefully about who can help us escape disasters.

Ps 121:1-2 『I lift up my eyes to the hills-where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.』

Ps 127:1 『Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain.』

It is Elohim who created the heavens and the earth. Nothing or no one except God can save us, and no matter how hard humans try to carry out things, unless God is with them, all their efforts are in vain. When Elohim our Creators lead us and we obey Their will, everything can be accomplished flawlessly.

We must not forget our Heavenly Father and Mother who help us and carry out the work of salvation, nor should we betray Their love. Running toward the glory of heaven, let's powerfully preach the good news of salvation to all the wretched souls who are heading towards destruction.

Ps 146:1-5 『Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul. . . . I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. Do not put your trust in princes, in mortal men, who cannot save. When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God.』

No matter how strong and powerful a man may be, the moment will surely come when he will be as nothing at all. The Bible prophesies that on God's appointed day the warriors will cry out bitterly, the king and the officials will lose heart and men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world (Zep 1:14; Jer 4:9; Lk 21:26). So, blessed is the person who trusts only in God, not relying on men.

God is the only solution in this age of disaster. Since Elohim will save us from all difficulties and disasters, we, children of God, should put our hope in Elohim at Zion where They dwell and give glory and praise to Them.

The Sabbath and God the Creator - Ahnsahnghong

The Sabbath and God the Creator
God's people, who keep the appointed feasts of God, can realize God's providence contained in the feasts and can also understand the love of God who spares no pains to save the souls of His children. So, they love God's commands more than pure gold and keep them holy (Ps 119:127; 50:5).

The Sabbath, one of God's feasts described in the Bible, is a day for us to commemo-rate God as the Creator who made all things and to worship Him. God completed His work of creation in six days and rested on the seventh day. Then He blessed the seventh day and made it holy. In the time of Moses, God commanded His people to "remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy" as the fourth of the Ten Commandments. It's because the Sabbath is a day which God blessed and a day for His people to commemorate the power of the Creator (Ge 2:1-3; Ex 20:8-11).

The Sabbath was kept not only in the age of the Father but also in the age of the Son; in many parts of the Bible we can see Jesus and His apostles keeping the Sabbath as their custom. Thus, the Sabbath is an essential element of Christian faith, which shouldn't be overlooked. By keeping this day holy, the people who worship God are sanctified and come to understand the providence of God the Creator in everything.

Elohim who created all things

It is not too much to say that the entire contents of the Bible from Genesis to Revela-tion explain the process of God's physical and spiritual creation. Let's take a look at the scene where God created all things, through the book of Proverbs which Solomon wrote, being moved by the Holy Spirit.

Pr 8:22-31 『"The LORD brought me forth as the first of his works, before his deeds of old; I was appointed from eternity, from the beginning, before the world began. When there were no oceans, I was given birth, when there were no springs abounding with water; before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was given birth, before he made the earth or its fields or any of the dust of the world. I was there when he set the heavens in place, when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep, . . . and when he marked out the foundations of the earth. Then I was the craftsman at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind.』

Solomon said that he already existed before he was born in the flesh on this earth, and that he rejoiced in the presence of God when He created the heavens and the earth. Then, what did God look like whom Solomon saw before the creation of the world?

Ge 1:26-27 『Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.』

When the work of creation was being done, God the Creator whom Solomon saw was not only one. The Bible describes God the Creator as the plural form "Elohim" who created all things—light and darkness, the water under the expanse and the water above it, the earth and the sea, trees, animals and so on. In other words, Elohim who said, "Let us . . . ," the male image of God and the female image of God—our Heavenly Father and Mother, created the world.

It is Elohim who created all things in six days and rested on the seventh day and blessed it. Therefore, those who believe in Elohim the Creators and honor Them ought to remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy and also should give thanks and praise to Them. If they do so, they will become a royal priesthood and inherit the kingdom of God, as God's true people. Through the Sabbath, God distinguishes His people who recognize and receive the Creator from those who do not.

God the Creator who came in the flesh

God, who created all things, came to this earth in the flesh 2,000 years ago. He was Jesus Christ.

Jn 1:1-14 『In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. . . . He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God . . . The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.』

The Word who was in the beginning—the God who created all things—came to this earth to save mankind. Since the Creator Himself came, all men created by Him should have given thanks, glory and honor to Him. However, the world didn't recognize the God who came in the flesh but rather rejected Him. All people born on this earth were the spiritual beings who watched God create all things at His side, like Solomon, but since they were born in the flesh, their spiritual eyes were covered by the veil of sin so they couldn't recognize the God who came to this earth—whether He was the One who created our souls or He was a mere man born into a poor carpenter's family.

Mt 27:24-26 『When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. "I am innocent of this man's blood," he said. "It is your responsibility!" All the people answered, "Let his blood be on us and on our children!" Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.』

They rejected the God who came to save them and didn't hesitate doing such wicked things like spitting on Him, striking Him with their fists, trying to stone Him to death and finally crucifying Him on the cross. How wicked and sinful they were!

Jesus, the source of life, atoned for our sins on the cross, broke the power of death and resurrected three days after His crucifixion. 40 days after His resurrection, Jesus gave His disciples the command to preach the gospel of the kingdom of heaven in Samaria and to the ends of the earth, and was taken up to heaven before their very eyes.

Ac 1:6-11 『. . . After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."』

"The same Jesus . . . will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." This means that Jesus will come in the flesh again so that we can see Him. The same prophecy is recorded in the book of Hebrew.

Heb 9:27-28 『Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.』

Since the Bible says that God, who always exists in spirit, will appear a second time. This is a prophecy that Jesus will also appear in the flesh at His second coming, as He did at His first coming. 2,000 years ago, most people didn't recognize the God who came in the flesh and came to destruction. However, when the Creator appears a second time, all people must receive Him and come to salvation.

The Creator to come again, the last Adam and Eve

God has revealed all the mysteries of the Bible to His children so that they will not commit the same kinds of wicked sins as the Jews did. Let's pay attention to the Biblical prophecies that help us correctly recognize God who is to come to this earth a second time.

1 Co 15:45-53 『So it is written: "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit. . . . Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.』

We, who were destined to die forever, will be changed into the immortal beings that can live forever, through the Last Adam. Since the Last Adam is a life-giving spirit, that is, God who can give us life, we must receive Him.

Ro 5:12-14 『. . . Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come.』

The Bible describes Adam who appears in Genesis as a pattern of Jesus. Considering that the six days of creation is a prophecy of the six thousand years of redemption work, we can see that Adam who was created at the end of the six days of creation represents Jesus who is to come at the end of the age, that is, the Second Coming Jesus. Therefore, through the first man Adam, we can recognize God our Father who is to come as the Last Adam.

The first Adam had a wife named Eve, who gave birth to life. If Adam represents the Second Coming Jesus, whom does Eve, the wife of Adam, represent?

Eve, called the "mother of all the living" (Ge 3:20), represents our Heavenly Mother who is to appear at the end of the age in order to give us eternal life and lead us, together with the Second Coming Jesus—the Last Adam. The book of Revelation talks about the wedding banquet of the Lamb and prophesies about the appearance of Mother.

Rev 19:6-8 『. . . "Hallelujah! For our Lord God Almighty reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. . . ."』

Rev 21:1-4, 9-11 『. . . There will be no more death . . ." One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. . . .』

Gal 4:26 『But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.』

The Bible says that the wedding of the Lamb has come and His Bride—His wife [the last Eve]—has made Herself ready, and that She is the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven. The "Wife of the Lamb" represented by the heavenly Jerusalem is our Mother.

Heavenly Mother is the God who governs the life of our souls, the Creator whom Solomon saw in spirit. The Bible shows that the wedding of the Lamb has come and our Heavenly Mother has come down to this earth, so there will be no more death. Through this fact, we can see that eternal life is given through Mother.

Ahnsahnghong - The Key Factor in Deciding an Heir Is "Mother" - Church of God

The Key Factor in Deciding an Heir Is "Mother"
Let’s study the reason why God chose Isaac to be Abraham’s heir.

Both Eliezer’s father and his mother were slaves, neither of them was free. This is the reason why God did not allow him to be Abraham’s heir. Ishmael’s father, Abraham, was free, but his mother, Hagar, was a slave and not a free woman. This is why God could not allow Ishmael to become Abraham’s heir. Isaac’s father, Abraham, was a free man, and his mother, Sarah, was a free woman. The fact that Isaac had been born of a free woman was the big difference between Ishmael and Isaac, and this discrepancy became the key factor in choosing Abraham’s heir.

In those days, the eldest son inherited all of his family’s property. Since Ishmael was older than Isaac, he should have become the heir—that is, if God had made His decision according to the paternal line. Ishmael was not chosen to become Abraham’s heir, even though he was Abraham’s eldest son, because his mother was not a free woman, but a slave. Thus, it is clear that the decisive factor in choosing Abraham’s heir was his mother.

What we need to focus on while studying the history of Abraham’s family is not merely the story of a man and his family. As you know, the Bible is not a storybook to tell us of men and their families. Nevertheless, God repeatedly mentioned the story of this particular family. Actually, the history of Abraham was a shadow of what was to happen in the future. In order for us to know who could become God’s heir, the story of Abraham’s family was written, as a prophecy.

Therefore, through the history of Abraham’s family, we can clearly understand that the decisive factor in choosing an heir is the mother. As Isaac became Abraham’s heir through Sarah, his free mother, we can become God’s heirs through our heavenly Mother, who is a free woman. Only those who believe in the heavenly Mother—only the children who are born through the new covenant—can inherit the heavenly Father’s kingdom. Let us read one more verse testifying about the heavenly Mother.

Gal. 4:22-31 『...But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother...Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise. At that time the son born in the ordinary way persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now. But what does the Scripture say? "Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman's son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman's son." Therefore, brothers, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman.』

The Bible declares that we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman. Ishmael could not inherit his father’s estate because his mother, Hagar, was only a slave, not a free woman. On the other hand, Isaac was chosen to become Abraham’s heir because his mother, Sarah, was a free woman. The Bible also testifies that we, like Isaac, are the children of promise, the children of the heavenly Mother, who is free.

In today’s world, there are three types of people: those who are like Eliezer, those like Ishmael, and those who are like Isaac. The first type of people, who are like Eliezer, are atheists, who do not believe in Father God or in Mother God. The second type of people, who are like Ishmael, are those who believe in Father God, but do not believe in Mother God. The third type of people, who are like Isaac, are those who believe in Mother God as well as Father God. According to the history of Abraham’s family, which one of these three types can become an heir of the kingdom of heaven? Only the third type of people, who are like Isaac, can be recognized as God’s heirs. There is no doubt about it.

Which group of people do you want to be classified with? If you want to be like Isaac, you must first become a child of the free woman. Thus, you must accept the heavenly Mother, who is free. The Bible testifies to this fact.

God said, "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge" (Hos. 4:6). What kind of knowledge is God referring to in this verse? We must recognize that we have a God the Mother, as well as a God the Father. We must accept Elohim God. Also, we must firmly believe that God is our Mother, who gives us salvation alongside our Father. Only after we come to realize this can we say that we have the knowledge of God, and that we will not be those who are destroyed from a "lack of knowledge."

The Bible testifies that the Holy Spirit is God Ahnsahnghong, and that the Bride is Jerusalem Mother. Let us accept God Ahnsahnghong, the Holy Spirit, and Jerusalem Mother, the Bride, who give us the water of life in these last days, so that we can enter the kingdom of heaven.

Isaac, the Heir of Abraham - Ahnsahnghong - Church of God

Isaac, the Heir of Abraham
Then, let us find out who was appointed as Abraham’s heir.

There were three candidates who could have been chosen as the heir of Abraham: Eliezer, Ishmael, and Isaac. Among them, who became Abraham’s heir? It was Isaac who was appointed. We need to understand the reason why Isaac was chosen to be Abraham’s heir.

Gen. 15:1-4 『...But Abram said, "O Sovereign LORD, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?" And Abram said, "You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir." Then the word of the LORD came to him: "This man will not be your heir, but a son coming from your own body will be your heir."』

When Abraham was an old man and had not yet borne a son, he asked God to allow his servant Eliezer to be his heir. However, God did not allow Eliezer to become Abraham’s heir, revealing that a son would be born from Abraham’s own body and that he would become his heir. Some time later, Hagar, Sarah’s maidservant, bore Abraham a son: Ishmael.

Gen. 16:1-15 『Now Sarai, Abram's wife, had borne him no children. But she had an Egyptian maidservant named Hagar; so she said to Abram, "The LORD has kept me from having children. Go, sleep with my maidservant; perhaps I can build a family through her." Abram agreed to what Sarai said...So Hagar bore Abram a son, and Abram gave the name Ishmael to the son she had borne.』

Ishmael was born to Abraham through a maidservant named Hagar, and Abraham asked God to allow Ishmael to become his heir.

Gen. 17:18-19 『And Abraham said to God, "If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!" Then God said, "Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.』

When Abraham said to God, "If only Ishmael might live under your blessing," God did not allow Ishmael to become his heir. Instead, God promised Abraham that he would have a son through his wife, Sarah. Isaac was born as God had promised, and of the three—Eliezer, Ishmael, and Isaac—Isaac was chosen to be Abraham’s heir.

Abraham Represents God - Ahnsahnghong - God the Mother- Church of God

Abraham Represents God
First of all, we need to recognize who the character Abraham represents in the Bible.

Luke 16:19-31 『"...The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called
to him, 'Father Abraham...' "』

As you know, this parable is about a beggar, named Lazarus, and a rich man. The parable tells of Lazarus, who died and was carried to heaven, and a rich man, who was sent to hell to be tormented. Lazarus was obviously carried to God's side after he had died; however, the Bible states that Lazarus traveled to Abraham's side. In the parable, the rich man, who went to hell, called up to God in the distance; however, the Bible states that the man saw Abraham, and called up to him, saying, "Father Abraham." Who is the only one who is worthy to be called "Father" in the spiritual world? God is the only one who can be called upon in this way. Then, whom does Abraham represent? Logically, the character Abraham was chosen to represent God. Therefore, the inheritance of Abraham can be likened to the inheritance of God, the kingdom of heaven.

The History of Abraham’s Family and Mother - Church of God , Ahnsahnghong

The History of Abraham’s Family and Mother
The character Abraham is used to represent God in the Bible. Through the history of Abraham's family, God has revealed to us how we can inherit the kingdom of heaven.

Isaac was the one who received Abraham's inheritance. Even though Abraham had another son named Ishmael, born through Hagar, God did not allow Ishmael to receive the inheritance of Abraham. Rather, God bestowed the inheritance upon Isaac, who was born through Sarah. The reason why Isaac was chosen as Abraham's heir was that Isaac was the son of Sarah, who was free. This history shows us that the heavenly inheritance will be given to those who are born of the heavenly Mother, who is free.

Christ Ahnsahnghong taught us that our heavenly Mother does in fact exist and that She is truly the biggest mystery hidden within the Bible.

Let us study "The History of Abraham's Family and Mother," taught to us by Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Christ Ahnsahnghong - Restored the Passover of the New Covenant

Christ Ahnsahnghong, Who Restored the Passover of the New Covenant
The Passover was abolished at the Council of Nicaea in A.D. 325. At that time, the Passover completely disappeared from the world. Who on earth can have eternal life as the truth of life was abolished? Therefore, Jesus said that He would come a second time to restore the Passover.

Heb. 9:28 『...so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.』

Ahnsahnghong restored the Passover of the new covenant that had been abolished by Satan. Then, who do you think Ahnsahnghong is?

Isa. 25:6-9 『On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine—the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The LORD has spoken. In that day they will say, "Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation."』

Ahnsahnghong, who restored the Passover of the new covenant, is the Second Coming Christ—God—who appeared in accordance with all of the prophecies of the Bible. The saints of the Early Church had cherished and celebrated the Passover of the new covenant! Christ Ahnsahnghong came in the flesh and restored the Passover so that we may be saved from the impending plagues. The Passover of the new covenant is the very gospel of Christ.

The world mission society church of God- Ahnsahnghong- The Last Plagues and the Passover

The Last Plagues and the Passover
It is only through the Passover that we can be saved from God's last plagues.

Matt. 24:37-39 『"As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man."』

1 Thess. 5:1-3 『Now, brothers, about times and dates we do not need to write to you, for you know very well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.』

The most urgent thing now is for us to listen to the news of salvation. Let's study the verses in the Bible that show us how we can escape the last disaster. The earth will surely meet its doomsday, either by a world war or by God's mighty power. There are many prophecies in the Bible concerning the end of the age. Whoever absolutely believes and follows the prophecies will be saved.

If anyone does not believe the message of salvation, he cannot obtain eternal life, even though he may try to seek salvation by his own means (such as making an underground shelter, going to another planet by rocket, fleeing to a peaceful country, or hiding himself within an atomic submarine under a North Pole iceberg). These are merely temporary methods to hide from danger. In regard to this, some prophets prophesied as follows:

Zeph. 1:18 『Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them on the day of the LORD's wrath.』

Amos 9:2-4 『"Though they dig down to the depths of the grave, from there my hand will take them. Though they climb up to the heavens, from there I will bring them down. Though they hide themselves on the top of Carmel, there I will hunt them down and seize them. Though they hide from me at the bottom of the sea, there I will command the serpent to bite them. Though they are driven into exile by their enemies, there I will command the sword to slay them. I will fix my eyes upon them for evil and not for good."』

Now, the time has come to study and to follow the way of salvation, according to God's guidance, displayed in the prophecies of the Bible, instead of seeking man's ways. In order to give salvation to those who believe in the prophecies, God has allowed the history of ancient times as a shadow, revealing what will happen in the end of the age.

Ex. 12:12-14 『"On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn―both men and animals―and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD. The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt. This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the LORD―a lasting ordinance."』

In Hebrews 11:28, it is written, "By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch the firstborn of Israel." This means that no destructive plague was brought upon the houses where the blood of the Passover lamb had been sprinkled, because it became a sign.

God's last plagues will be brought upon this sinful world. At that moment, who on earth can escape? Can't the people who have the blood of Jesus, who have celebrated the Passover, escape? The power of the Passover will be revealed when the last plagues are brought upon the earth. Those who have not celebrated the Passover will regret it, and they will face God's wrath and punishment.

World mission society Church of God - Being Freed From Sin Through the Passover

Being Freed From Sin Through the Passover
In order to go back to the kingdom of heaven, lost because of our sins, we must first be forgiven for our sins. The Passover is the truth of God, through which we can have the forgiveness of our sins and can enter the kingdom of heaven.

Luke 4: 17-21 『The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him..."He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind..."... and he began by saying to them, "Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."』
Some may ask who men are captive to. Jesus freed His people from their sins and from the devil's power through His precious blood, the blood of the Passover Lamb.

Rom 6:22 『But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.』

The history of the Israelites—who entered the desert after being emancipated from Egypt, through the blood of the Passover lamb—reveals that in the New Testament times, the people who eat the flesh of Jesus, the Passover lamb, and drink His blood will enter the spiritual desert, after being freed from their sins (1 Cor. 10:1-12).

The world mission society church of God - God Promised to Give Us Eternal Life through the Passover

God Promised to Give Us Eternal Life through the Passover
All men desire to have eternal life, but men cannot give it. Just as God saved the Israelites during the Exodus, only God is able to give us salvation and eternal life.

1 John 5: 20 『We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true—even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.』

Then, how will God grant us eternal life? God gives us salvation through the blood of Christ (1 Cor. 5:7), represented, during the time of the Exodus, by the blood of the Passover lamb.

John 6:53-55 『Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink."』

Jesus promised that the bread of the Passover was His flesh, and that the wine of the Passover was His blood.

Matt. 26:17-28 『...So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover...While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."』

The reason why we want to receive the flesh and blood of Jesus—given to us through the Passover—is because Jesus, who is life, promised that when we eat His flesh and drink His blood, we will live forever.

Since Jesus said, "unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you" (John 6:53), how can we receive eternal life unless we celebrate the Passover?

Jesus called the Passover the new covenant.

Luke 22:7-20 『Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed...When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, "I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer."...And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me." In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."』

Jesus promised to give us eternal life through the Passover of the new covenant.
