Church of God world mission society- Passover

http://dragonfly-ahnsahnghong.blogspot.com

When i first came to the Church of God I was very shy and unbelieving. I actually didn't want to be there but only followed my friend out ofcuriosity. We actually lived four hours away from the church at that time, so when my friend invited me I said "you are crazy!". I would not drive 15 minutes down the street to go to church, why would I drive 4+ hours to go to one. I was raised baptist, but eventually fell into the catholic religion following my friends. I believed in God but had such so many bad experiences in different churches that I fell out. I beganto think that all churches were corrupt. But one night my friend, out of eagerness began to do something that no priest, pastor or fellowchurchgoer had ever been able to do before. He showed me the bible. 'Daniel's Prophecy'. (You will study later!) It made me just curious enough to drive a long way to check out this church. My first time was a little overwhelming. We are raised our whole lives to just listen and accept,no questions asked. My whole world changed that day, and ALL of my questions were answered. My first study was SABBATH. God's holy and blessedday made just for us. I realized why I felt like every church was wrong in their teachings. How many churches keep the SABBATH in the bible? The 7th day, Saturday, the same way Christ did? Only one. The Church of God. After that I continued to come, but it took me a long time to realizeGod's love. It has been 5 years now, and I think back to the girl who didn't want to waste her time with just another church. After a full year I finally moved near to the church and have recieved so many blessings. I know how to have eternal life (Passover of course!) and who God truly is throughthe bible. what if I had never listened to God's calling? Then I would still be longing for things in this life that would only satisfy temporarily. And I would have never learned the love of second coming Christ that is testified in the bible, our Father AhnSahnghong. Or have learned the sacrifice of our Heavenly Mother, the new Jerusalem. Who is the last secret revealed to the children of God in this age. I am so thankful everyday now. I am truly thankful to our Elohim God for calling me out of the darkness into their wonderful light!! What other hope can I have inthis world, other than the hope for eternal life!

What happens to a man when he dies? - Church of God World mission society

"What happens to a man when he dies?"..."Does a man really have a spirit?"... "Where does a man go when he dies?" Questions such as these have been a matter of great interest throughout history, but no one has been able to answer them. Men eager to find such answers wrote great philosophies, but mere philosophers could never realize how they had been created. Christ Ahnsahnghong came to the earth, established the Church of God, and taught us that all men are angels who have come to the earth after sinning in heaven. He let us know how valuable we are and revealed to us the true purpose of our lives. The Spirit Revealed Through the Creation of Human BeingsGen. 2:7 『...The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.』 The dust is not the essence of life; God didn't name the dust itself a "living being." Only after God had breathed the breath of life into the dust, did He call it a "living being." Therefore, the essence of life is not the flesh, but the breath of life, the spirit that God breathed into the dust. Man's flesh is made from the dust, but his spirit is made by God, and is from God. Solomon wrote, "The dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it" (Eccl. 12:7). Jesus Taught Us About the "Spirit"The concept of "spirit" became clearer in the New Testament. Matt. 10:28 『"Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell."』 In this verse, Jesus describes the same creation process as in Genesis chapter two, revealing the separation between the death of the body [the dust] and the death of the spirit. The Greek word for soul in this verse is "pneuma," which means "spirit." John 4:24 『"God is spirit [pneuma]." 』 2 Cor. 33:17 『Now the Lord [Jesus] is the Spirit [pneuma].』 Heb. 1:14 『Are not all angels ministering spirits [pneuma]...?』 God is spirit and doesn't belong in the flesh. Jesus is spirit and doesn't belong in the flesh. Angels are also spirits who do not belong in the flesh. Thus, a man's death can be separated into two events: the death of the flesh and the death of the spirit. The devil, or another man, can kill our body, but it is only God who can destroy our spirit. The Apostle Paul, in a letter to the Church in Corinth, wrote as follows: 1 Cor. 2:11 『For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit [pneuma] within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit [pneuma] of God.』 Jesus taught us that the true essence of our life is not our flesh, but our spirit. The Apostle Paul's Thoughts About the "Spirit"We try to understand the apostles' minds because their thoughts were established by Jesus' teachings. The apostles understood that our flesh is merely the house of our spirit. 2 Cor. 5:1 『Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed [if our flesh dies], we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.』 Our spirit lives in a temporary earthly tent?our flesh?now, but it will live in an eternal house that God has built for us. 2 Cor. 5:6 『Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord....We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it.』 In this letter, the Apostle Paul says that the Lord [Jesus] dwells in the world of spirit and that we dwell in the world of flesh. Thus we are away from the Lord as long as we are in the body. The Apostle Paul also reveals that he, and the rest of the saints, would prefer to be away from their bodies and at home with the Lord. In the above verses, what is the entity that dwells in the body and then leaves the body? Paul's spirit, the very essence of Paul, is the one who wants to leave the body. The body he wore was not the essence of his life, but instead, Paul's spirit?dwelling within his body?was his true self. To say it again, the Apostle Paul lived not for the temporary life in his earthly tent [his flesh], but he longed for the life that he would live in the eternal house. God would give him this everlasting home only after his spirit left its earthly tent. The Apostle Paul wrote similarly in a letter to the saints in Philippi. Phil. 1:21-24 『For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain....I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.』 Paul's words, "We...would prefer to be away from the body," in the book of 2 Corinthians 5:6 and the words, "I desire to depart," in the book of Philippians chapter one, have the same meanings. "To be away," or "to depart," means to leave the body. What is the entity that dwells in the body or leaves it? It is Paul's spirit, the true essence of Paul. Paul revealed that it was more necessary for the saints that he remained in his body. If Paul were to leave his body [if he were to die], he would go to Christ; thus it was good for him to leave the body. If he remained in the body, however, it was good for the saints because then he could teach them the truth of God and guide them down the right path. Paul also uttered a revelation that God had shown him in another letter to the Church in Corinth. 2 Cor. 12:1 『I must go on boasting. Although there is nothing to be gained, I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know?God knows. And I know that this man?whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know, but God knows.』 When Paul saw this revelation, he said twice, "...whether I [my spirit] was in the body or out of the body I do not know?God knows." According to this verse, did the Apostle Paul think that the spirit existed as a separate entity from the body, or did he believe that the spirit did not exist? If the Apostle Paul believed that the spirit did not exist, could he have said, "Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know?God knows"...? When Paul saw this revelation?describing himself as "a man" he knew (speaking in the third person)?he didn't know whether his spirit had traveled out of the body, or if he had gone to such a paradise in his flesh.

Mother Is Heaven- by Noel Martinez - Church of God world mission society

First of all I want to give all praise and honor and glory to Father and Mother for giving me eternal life and forgiving my grievous sins.Through Father and Mother’s mercy and grace I was allowed to go to Korea a second time in October, 2007 to visit our Treasure, our precious Mother Jerusalem. I am so thankful to Father and Mother because I myself don’t deserve anything and even though I am such a sinner, Mother allowed me to come before Her to receive many blessings.
I want to always give glory to You Father and Mother forever and ever.Through this trip to Korea I felt that Mother was making me a warrior of the truth. I realize how much of a sinner I really am and how much Mother truly loves us.
Before this trip to Korea, I didn’t realize how much Mother had gone through to save our souls and how prefect this truth is.

When I got to Korea and headed to Elohim, it was about eleven at night and there Mother was standing on top of the hill, waiting for us. I was filled with inexpressible joy. When I saw Mother once again, it was heaven in itself. The whole trip I felt Father and Mother’s love to give us the armor of the Holy Spirit to be the great gospel workers that finish the work of the gospel and go back home. While in Korea Mother showed us a play about what we did in heaven and how we rebelled against Her. I was shocked to see what I did in heaven, and at that time I felt upset and sad inside. I was upset to the point of tears because I realized much more that it was because of me that Mother suffers and is suffering. Mother, who did nothing wrong but only showed me love, was suffering because of my sin. When I saw this play, I thought about how much Mother loves us because even though I sinned against Her, here She was, right next to me leading me to the kingdom of heaven through Her water of life. I truly felt that there is no greater love than Mother’s love.On this trip to Korea there were about 110 brothers and sisters.

During the preaching practice Mother came and listened to each and every one of us with a beautiful smile on Her face, saying She was happy that we were preaching so well, even though it was through Her that we could do all things. Even though to listen to our preaching took more than three days, Mother waited so long between preaching to even drink a single cup of water. More and more on the trip I realized how immense Mother’s love is; She worried about even the little details about each and every one of us. What Mother allowed me to understand the most was that I should always give glory to God in every situation, because when I preach, it’s because God allows me to preach.

When I come to Zion it’s because God allows me to come to Zion. Even all the truths like the Sabbath, Passover, and the feasts of God, all these things we can have because our Elohim God gave them to us. I was so moved to see that every angle you looked from, this truth is perfect and it’s all because our Almighty God gave it to us.

I thank Father and Mother so much for giving us a kingdom that will not disappear. I really want to be used as a tool of the gospel who brings glory to God, and proclaims the word of God like a warrior of Truth. Father and Mother, thank You for loving me before I loved You. Please forgive me of my sins and please accept all praise, glory and honor. Please give us all the power of the Holy Spirit to be the great gospel workers that proclaim the glory of God to the whole world.

Water is Life! - Church of God World mission society

Water is Life!
In order for a human being to live it must have two things: Food and WATER. Out of these two, WATER is the Most Essential.Webster's Dictionary defines WATER as:"the liquid that descends from the clouds as rain, forms streams, lakes, and seas, and is a major constituent of all living matter..."
71% of Earth is WATER
60-70% if the Human Body is WATER
90% of the Plant Body is WATER
etc...Water is more than important, we cannot live without it.

According to the Bible, everything was made by God's will (Revelation 4:11).

Also, through everything that God created, we can see God's invisible qualities (Romans 1:19).

Through the physical world, God wants to let us know about what is invisible--the spiritual world.
Revelation 22:17"The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the WATER OF LIFE.

Without water we cannot live physically, then without the WATER OF LIFE is it possible for us to have spiritual life?

Relationship between God's people―His temple―and the feasts

The Bible tells us that celebrating the feasts of God is a necessary condition for entering the kingdom of heaven, and that those who celebrate the feasts are given a great blessing as follows:

1 Co 3:16-17 『Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.』

The Bible describes us as the temple of God. This implies that the temple is where the covenant of God exists. The temple is a place where we offer sacrifice to God in accordance with the words of the covenant given by God: burnt offering for the Sabbath and offerings for the appointed feasts. So we are to become the temple of God where the feasts are celebrated, in order to attain salvation and reach the heavenly kingdom.
In the Old Testament times, the blood sacrifice of animals was offered in the temple, and in the New Testament times it has been changed into a spiritual sacrifice―the worship in spirit and truth.

Now, each one of us, not a visible building itself, is the temple of God. Every saint, the temple of God, is to worship on the weekly Sabbath and also at the seven annual feasts three times a year. If no worship is offered in the temple at God's appointed times, it doesn't need to exist anymore. There are numerous churches around the world, and many who claim to believe in God are confident that they will enter the kingdom of heaven. However, their faith is vain unless they keep the feasts of God, even though they are so diligent in living out their faith through their own worship. If they keep Sunday and Christmas originated with sun worship, they are already the temple of the sun, not the temple of God.

Through the Old Testament history, we can see that God was enraged when His temple was full of idols and abominable things. If there is no covenant and no celebration of God's feasts including the Sabbath in the temple―each individual Christian, the temple is already devastated and defiled. God said He would destroy the temple, the person. Can he be saved then? Never. The Bible clearly tells us the final outcome of the false churches that do not celebrate the feasts of God.

Salvation Is Given to Those Who Celebrate the Feasts

Salvation Is Given to Those Who Celebrate the Feasts

The Bible likens the kingdom of heaven to a very precious treasure hidden in a field (Mt 13:44-46). Jesus said that when a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. Through His words, we can understand how great and precious our salvation is.As the people of Zion, we are to treat all God's feasts of the new covenant like treasure and celebrate them.

Now, let's confirm through the Bible that only those who celebrate the feasts of God are given the heavenly glory with which they can freely visit the galaxies in the infinite universe, the everlasting kingdom.Temporary visit to the universe and eternal visit to itMost people in the world have a yearning for traveling outward into space. Those who have ever visited the outer space said the same thing that they could not deny the existence of God the Creator because the starry heavens in the universe were so beautiful.I heard on the news recently that a travel agency in the United States received applicants for a trip into space: It would cost them over one million dollars to go round the moon once and return to the earth; even though it required such a great deal of money, there were many applicants wishing to enjoy the ecstasy of seeing the universe one time. Even if they win the tickets to the universe in the face of fierce competition, they will just visit the space station and the moon or fly around the earth, worrying about an accident that might occur.

The distance between them is just like the distance from one point to another in the universe. To visit such places one time, they will willingly spend an astronimical amount of money. Hearing such news, we come to reconsider whether we've fully understood the value of salvation, whether we've been insensible to the value of the blessing given to us because it is so great. If just one trip into space is valuable enough to spend so much money, how much more valuable is the everlasting travel into the universe! We cannot imagine how great its value is. God has promised us that we will travel around the spacious universe forever and ever. Just because we believe in God and keep His laws, God has freely given us grace and made us good enough to enter the kingdom of heaven.

How great the value of the kingdom of heaven is! What if a person promises to give you one million dollars? You will make every effort to get the money; you will do whatever he wants you to do, won't you? However, its value cannot compare with the value of the salvation which God gives. We must not lose such a great blessing by failing to endure temporary difficulties like Esau. Instead, we are to know the value of salvation and give thanks always, that we will surely enter the kingdom of God.

God the Father, Jehovah = God the Son, Jesus

God the Father, Jehovah = God the Son, Jesus

Let’s confirm that God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God. Isaiah prophesied about Jesus as follows:

Isa. 9:6 『For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.』

Jesus is referred to as the "Son," but the Bible revealed that the son would be called "Mighty God," and "Everlasting Father." Apostle Paul clearly understood that Jesus’ nature was that of God the Father, as follows:

Phil. 2:5-7 『Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man...』

Rom. 9:5 『...Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.』

We can also confirm that God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God by studying the history of the Creation.

Isa. 44:24 『I am the LORD, who has made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself...』

God the Father—Jehovah—said that He had created everything by Himself, but Jesus said that it was He who had created the world.

Col. 1:16 『For by him [Jesus] all things were created...』

The Bible states that God the Father, Jehovah, created the world, but it also says that God the Son, Jesus, created the world. Therefore, God the Father [Jehovah] and God the Son [Jesus] are clearly one God. I

sa. 44:6 『"This is what the LORD says—Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty: I am the first and I am the last...』

God the Father said, "I am the first and I am the last."

Rev. 22:13 『"I [Jesus] am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."』

God the Son also said, "I am the First and the Last." Therefore, God the Father, Jehovah, and God the Son, Jesus, are one God.

God the Mother- Heavenly Mother - Church of God world mission society

The Church of God only follows the teachings of the Bible and believes in the Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong and Jerusalem Mother.
In the Bible, God is referred to through plural terms instead of singular terms, and it is written that God has a male image and a female image. Therefore, God exists in the male image and in the female image. Have you ever thought about why we call God our Father? It is written that God's invisible qualities have been clearly seen and can be understood through what has been made (Rom. 1:20).
Is there any creature that is given life through only their father, alone, without a mother being present? We need to study this matter carefully. The Children of PromiseThe Bible calls us "the children of promise."

Gal. 4:28 『Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise.』Then, what promise did God make to those who are called the children of promise? God promised them eternal life.

1 John 2:25 『And this is what he promised us?even eternal life.』 How is eternal life given to us? The Bible says that all things were created by God's will (Rev. 4:11).

Among all of the many creatures that God has created, let us focus on the mothers. Since it is written that God created all things by His will, a certain will of God was expressed when He created mothers on this earth. As you know, all creatures have a mother figure.

There is not a single creature that can come into existence without a mother. Our physical life is given to us through our physical mother. For 280 days, a baby's hands, feet, eyes and ears form within his mother's womb. When the time comes, the mother will give birth to her child, shedding blood. We are given life through our mother's great pain. How about our spiritual life? Just as our physical life was given to us through our physical mother, our spiritual life is given to us through our spiritual Mother. The Bible clearly testifies that our heavenly Mother exists, and that only our heavenly Mother can give us eternal life.
God’s Two ImagesLet us study through the Bible to discover the existence of our spiritual Mother.

Gen. 1:26-27 『Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness...” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.』
The above verse states that God has two images?a male image and a female image. Until now, we have only known and called upon the male image of God: “Father.” Then how should we call upon the female image of God?
Logically, we should refer to God’s female image as “Mother.” This is why God had said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness.” The word “us” is a plural term. “Elohim,” the Hebrew word used in place of “God” in Genesis 1:26, directly translates to “Gods,” the plural form of the word “God.” Therefore, the references to “us” in the book of Genesis refer to God the Father and God the Mother.

Some say that the word “us” in this verse indicates God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. If this argument is correct, there should be three types of people in the world?those who were made in the image of God the Father, those who resemble the image of God the Son, and those created in the image of the Holy Spirit.

However, on this earth there are only two types of people: men and women. However, the “Gods” mentioned in Genesis 1:26 are the male image of God and the female image of God?God the Father and God the Mother.
